Kyeoheuk Soil Testing Office
Nonprofit soil testing office
Soil testing office site that calculates sampling points, fees, soil texture and fertilizer amounts, and tracks analysis by receipt number
How it was made
A nonprofit soil testing office in Hagok-eup, a fictional town. Kyeoheuk is a name meaning soil laid in layers.
A vertical ruler (0–100cm) fixed on the left points to scroll depth. The background changes through five soil horizon colours, O, A, B, C and R, as you go down.
Only soil colours are used with no accent, and selection and verdicts are shown by flipped panels and ■ □ ◧ shapes. Type is Noto Serif KR and Noto Sans KR.
The texture check plots sand, silt and clay ratios on a 12-class triangle. Entering report values shows each item as low, adequate or high on a bar.
The fertilizer plan uses crop, area, pH and texture to give fertilizer and lime amounts and the number of 20kg bags. The 13 pages and data file are generated by build.mjs.
