How it was made

The original is the online store of the brand magazine B. It includes magazines, books, goods, a newsletter and a brand index.

Lists pair one cover with one scene photo from that issue. The left category column stays fixed.

Spacing uses only multiples of 17.5px. Large type sizes come in four steps: 84, 56, 35 and 24.5px.

The home Shop tab changes background color over 300ms on each click. The tab box height transition was also carried over with the original values.

Magazine covers and spreads were filled with images typeset and photographed in-house. The 2 video banners were replaced with still photos.

The cart is stored in the browser. The count updates together whether items are added from the list, detail page or fixed bar.
