Wadstone Pottery
Fictional pottery studio
Pottery studio site with test tiles for 36 glazes, the kiln schedule and classes with seat booking
How it was made
Clay and glaze colors run as full-bleed blocks to the screen edges: terracotta, celadon and tenmoku.
The focus is 36 hand-drawn glaze test tiles. All 36 glazes have detail pages, so there are no dead ends.
The tile wall can be filtered by color, gloss, firing temperature and food safety. Detail pages include a composition table and batch weight calculation.
The kiln calendar shows the October to December firing schedule. For classes, seats are booked by session based on open seats.
The jar on the home page spins on a wheel and can be stopped with a pause button. 46 pages are generated from data.
